Riding Motorcycle(Motorbike) in Vietnam Danang

If you have the international driver's license, you can rent motobike in cheap price in almost any place in Vietnam.

The bike rental price in Danang is between 5$ ~ 8$ per day. Oil(Gas) price is 1$ per liter.

If you rent motorbike, it's very easy to go around in the city.

 

 

To search motorbike rental shop is very easy.

If you search in the Google map with the keyword "danang motorbike rental", you can see many rental shops.

 

 

But there are some problems in riding motorbike in Vietnam. 

1. Reverse driving is common
2. Corrupted police

 

Vietnamese bike riders drive the wrong way on a street sometimes. You always should be careful.

 

As you know, Vietnam is a underdeveloped country. It means there are a lot of corrupted government officers.

Even though you prepared the international driver's license, they will not accept it. They'll require the domestic driver's license. It's too difficult for foreigners to get a domestic driver's license.

So the easiest way is that you prepare another extra purse which has around 100,000VND(5$).

And if you get caught, you insist "I'm having only this money. Sorry. I cannot understand vietnamese language." 😁
